Yes! We know it can be tough to navigate life’s ups and downs and we want to help you along the way with as many free tools as we can. 

Of course, we know that sometimes lasting change requires a little bit more help and accountability. If that’s you, we hope you will try out one of our paid 6-week programs so you can have everything you need to succeed. 

To create an account, you only need your name and email address (no phone, address, or credit card required). Once you have an account, you can download the app and access all of Overt’s free resources, though you will need to go to the website to schedule your free session.

To access your lesson, click the GET THE APP button on this page. It will walk you through creating an account (name and email only) and downloading our app through the Apple, Android, Mac, or Microsoft app stores (or you can access the app at app.myovert.com). Once you log in to the app, you’ll have access to all of Overt’s free resources. For paid resources or to schedule your free session, just visit myovert.com. 

Think of the app as your digital home base. That’s where you’ll access your free lesson, take free assessments, and try tools like goal setting, habit tracking, and journaling. The app is also where you’ll access your free session with one of our therapists (schedule a free session HERE).  

If you decide to try one of our programs, your live sessions, therapist chat, and your 6-week course with education and exercises will be there, too! 

We designed our app for easy access. You can connect on your phone or tablet by downloading the app from the Apple or Android app stores. You can also join on your laptop or desktop (app in the Windows and Mac store or through the web app HERE). 

Once you’ve completed your free lesson, we hope you WILL enroll in one of our wellness programs. Just select the challenge you’d like to start working on and the program that fits you best.
