The Life Satisfaction Self-Assessment is an assessment tool that measures different aspects of your life and is useful in helping to identify a specific area of your life you want to improve. You may have seen or heard of pie charts that separate different pieces or parts of your life that add up together to identify what makes you unique as a person. It addresses satisfaction in the following wellness areas: physical, occupation, personal, intimate relationships, spirituality, social, emotional, intellectual, and financial.
The 56 questions in the assessment address your satisfaction in each of these areas over the past 4 weeks. Your scores are recorded, and you are invited to take the assessment regularly to see your progress in your wellness journey. The assessment helps you gain insight into these areas and make positive changes that can increase your wellness and life satisfaction. We provide a basic breakdown of score interpretation which are meant to serve as a general breakdown and may not apply to your individual situation. We encourage you to discuss the results of the assessment with your therapist. As you identify your general life satisfaction, you can look to the different parts of the assessment and make goals to improve in that area (e. g. exercise, spirituality). :
